Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Belle Soié. We're a small, independent fashion business based in British Columbia, Canada, and we partner with trusted suppliers and carriers to bring you carefully curated pieces.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times
Because our pieces are shipped from our supplier partners, please allow 12–15 business days for delivery after processing. Many orders arrive sooner, but we ask for a little patience — good things are worth the wait. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@bellesoie.shop.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping promotions will be reflected in your cart.

Customs, duties & taxes
Some orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We're unable to predict or control these charges. If you have questions before ordering, please reach out and we'll help where we can.

Delays
Occasionally packages are delayed by carriers, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods — situations beyond our control. If your order passes the estimated window, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover reshipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we'll always do our best to help.
