Return & Refund Policy – Belle Soie

At Belle Soie, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Free from stains, odors, or damage Returned in original packaging

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bellesoie.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange per order (where available).

To request an exchange, email us at support@bellesoie.shop with your order number.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your size is unavailable, we can issue store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items Gift cards

Personal items (e.g., undergarments)

Customized or personalized products

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bellesoie.shop so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If preferred, you may request store credit for faster turnaround.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Orders

International customers may return items but are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes. At this time, we do not offer free exchanges on international orders.
